All from 2-4 pm!
Individuals will participate in
equine-assisted activities, arts or crafts, discussions, reflection, and group interactions with others to achieve personal growth, enlightenment, and enrichment. Another aim of this group is to provide all who desire the opportunity for a unique horse-human experience in hopes they may benefit from the positive results noted in research. Research has shown that the horse-human connection has proven to help individuals flourish and improve their mental and physical health.
Unbridled Art with Horses
Freedom Hill Horse Rescue's newest Equine Assisted Learning and therapeutic program.
Program Details
Unbridled Art with Equines is an unmounted, equine-assisted learning and creative personal development program. This group was developed by an LCSW-C and PATH International certified member. This 5-week program aims to give adults ages 18 years and over the chance to explore different types of art while connecting to some creative intuition alongside our special horses. This group is for participants who want to experience art, horses, relaxation, mindfulness, stress reduction, and develop their creativity while enjoying the farm.
